Our one-to-one wellbeing and resilience coaching is specifically designed to support you in achieving your wellbeing and resilience goals.  The sessions are supported by the 6-Element Model of Wellbeing & Resilience, providing a structure for the progressive skill and habit development that underpins a healthy and resilient lifestyle.

The one-to-one sessions may be supported by the Lifestyle Assessment and report, which provides an objective measure of your physiology, measured typically over a three-day period.

The cost of sessions for individuals paying for themselves is typically £85 per one-hour session.
